Reports & Analytics

Submission trends, completion rates, and per-field answer breakdowns — computed from your own entry data.

Three sub-tabs

ChargeForms → Reports is split into Overview, Payments, and Submissions, each with its own stat tiles, a form filter, and a date-range filter, computed from your real entries and payments data — not sample data, and not gated behind a paid plan.

What's actually being measured

  • Completion Rate — a genuine started-vs-submitted signal, tracked from real form-start events, not guessed from entry counts alone.
  • Submissions By Country — sourced from a form's own Country List field answers, when one exists on that form. This is not IP-based geolocation — ChargeForms has no GeoIP data source, so a form without a Country field simply won't have this breakdown.
  • Submission Timeline Patterns — a heatmap derived directly from entry timestamps, showing when submissions actually happen.
  • Top Performing Forms — ranked by real submission volume.
  • Per-gateway payment totals, with currency correctness isolated per gateway — a Stripe-in-USD and a PayPal-in-EUR form don't get their totals silently merged into one misleading number.

Export

Every report view supports CSV/JSON export and a print view, for sharing outside wp-admin.

Why this is free

Fluent Forms paywalls Completion Rates, Submissions By Country, and Timeline Patterns behind its Pro plan. ChargeForms ships all three free — removing already-working functionality just to visually match a competitor's paywall would defeat the point of building a genuinely free plugin.
