ChargeForms's Free plan is a genuinely free, complete product — not a time-limited trial. We may still change what's included in future versions, with reasonable notice for any removal of functionality you're already using.

2. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing content, or malware through forms you build.
• Violate applicable data protection or consumer protection law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service beyond what your plan permits.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the forms you build and the entries your sites collect. We claim no ownership over your data.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
