ChargeForms

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ChargeForms ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, our WordPress plugin, and any associated account services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

  • Account information you provide when you register — name, email, and billing details for paid plans.
  • Usage data such as pages visited on this site, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Plugin telemetry, which is opt-in only — the ChargeForms plugin never phones home by default.
  • Form submission data collected by your own sitesusing the ChargeForms plugin never passes through our servers — it's stored entirely in your own WordPress database. We have no access to it.

2. How we use information

We use account information to provide the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, and send important service updates. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes. You can request deletion at any time via Contact.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. See our GDPR page for EU/UK-specific rights.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect account data, including encryption in transit and access controls. See our Security page for more detail.

6. Changes to this policy

We'll post any material changes here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
