The challenge
Kindred's volunteer applications came in through a generic contact form and were manually copied into a spreadsheet for review — slow, error-prone, and impossible to search once a season's applications piled up.
The solution
A multi-step application form with conditional logic (routing applicants to role-specific questions) and ChargeForms's Entries workspace replaced the spreadsheet entirely, with CSV export for board reporting.
